Take one tablespoon of sandalwood powder and add ¼ cup of rose water and ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder to it. Mix all the ingredients well to form a paste and apply evenly over face. Leave the paste for 30 minutes and wash off later. Repeat regularly or every alternate day, to keep skin free from bacteria and excessive oil presence. Collect one egg's white and whisk it well. Take 3 tablespoons of oatmeal powder, add egg white to it and one teaspoon each of honey and curd, and mix all the ingredients well to get a smooth paste. Apply the paste like a mask and leave for 30 minutes. Wash off later and repeat few times in a week. This will keep skin protected from infections and also keep skin pores open by wiping off blockages and layer of oil and moisture over skin.


Take 4-5 strawberries and mash their pulp, add two teaspoons of breadcrumb, one teaspoon of brandy, 2 teaspoons of fuller's earth and few drops of rose water. Mix all the ingredients well to form a smooth paste. Apply this paste evenly over face and leave for 20-30 minutes. Later wash off and repeat twice or thrice in a week. Grind handful of mint leaves. Take a ripe banana and mash half of its pulp. Mix both these pastes together and apply over face. Leave for 30 minutes and wash off later. This will keep skin free of infections and also smooth and supple. It is one of the simple homemade face packs for rainy season.


Take two tablespoons of rice and add these to a few cups of hot water. Let these stay for 10 minutes and strain, grind the rice to form a paste. Mix jojoba oil, fresh curd and honey in equal parts to form a mixture. Wash your face with soap and lukewarm water and wipe the skin dry completely. Collect egg white of one or two eggs, whisk the liquid till it starts foaming, add one tablespoon of honey and mix both the ingredients well. Apply a thick coat of this paste over face and let it dry. Wash off with plain water and wipe the skin dry to gain shiny and smooth skin. Repeat this regularly or every alternate day. Mash one fruit of avocado and add two teaspoons of china clay and two drops of lemon juice to it; mix them well and keep it in a bowl. Take 5-7 almonds and crush them to from a paste, add 2 teaspoons of oatmeal and four tablespoons of full milk cream and mix them well. Add both the pastes and mix to form a smooth paste. Take piece of radish and grate it, blend in a blender and collect its juice and pulp both. Add one teaspoon of lime juice and apply this paste over face. Leave it for 30 minutes and wash off later, repeat few times in a week. It is simple but very effective homemade face pack for keeping skin soft and supple and free of excessive oil and moisture.
