Homemade Face Mask for Dry Skin


Take one tablespoon each of oatmeal, honey and yogurt, mix these in a bowl and add one teaspoon of olive oil. Whisk the mixture till all the ingredients mix together and form a paste. Apply this paste in the form of a mask and leave for 20 to 25 minutes. Wash off later and repeat few times in a week. This is one very useful homemade face pack for dry skin.


Take one piece of very ripe avocado, collect its pulp about half cup in quantity and add ¼ cup of honey to it. Whisk the mixture well to from a paste. Apply this paste in the form of a thick layer and wash off after 20 minutes. Repeat few times in a week. Avocado is great for skin and treats dry skin condition effectively. This homemade face mask for dry skin also improves skin's health to prevent skin conditions like acne from occurring.


Add two tablespoons of coffee powder to two tablespoons of cocoa powder, add 3 tablespoons of milk and one tablespoon of honey, and whisk the mixture to form a paste. Apply this paste in the form of a thick layer and leave for half an hour. Wash off with water later and repeat this few times in a week. This face pack is very useful for keeping dry skin supple and soft and prevents formation of lines and wrinkles.


Put two large strawberries, ½ fruit of papaya, one cooked peach and one tablespoon of oatmeal in a blender. Blend these for 1 or 2 minutes, add one tablespoon of honey and blend again to mix all the ingredients evenly. Collect this paste and apply forming a thick layer over face. Leave for 20-25 minutes and wash off later. These fruits keep skin healthily moisturized and also improve its colour and health. Take a piece of cucumber, peel it off and grate it in a blender to form a paste. Collect cucumber paste in a bowl and add a tablespoon of yogurt and mix these well. Mayonnaise provides one of the simplest homemade face masks for dry skin. Take two tablespoons of mayonnaise and add one tablespoon of baby oil to it. Mix all the ingredients well and apply over skin. Leave the mixture for 20-25 minutes and wash off later.


Add ½ piece of ripe banana to two tablespoons of virgin coconut oil; blend these to mix them evenly. Add few drops of frankincense essential oil and apply over face evenly forming a thick layer. Leave for 30 minutes and wash off. Coconut oil is excellent for keeping skin healthily moisturized and also prevents skin conditions from occurring. Other ingredients nourish skin to keep it soft and plump.


Add one teaspoon of honey and ½ teaspoon of lemon juice to a tablespoon of softened butter. Mix all the ingredients well and apply this over face. Take two tablespoons of full fat yogurt and add one tablespoon of honey, add cold cooked oatmeal and mix all the ingredients well. Puncture one capsule of vitamin E oil and mix the oil to the paste. Apply this paste over face and leave it for 30 minutes. Wash off with water and apply moisturizer later. This is one of the fast-acting homemade face masks for dry skin.
